Divine Service and Holy Communion
Every Sunday 10:15 am
We welcome guests to join us for worship and fellowship.
We believe that in the Lord’s Supper we receive the true body and blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ along with the bread and the wine for the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of faith. We ask visitors and guests to please speak to the Pastor before communing with us.
Children’s Sunday School
Every Sunday 9:00 am
Children are welcome to join our Sunday School classes following our Sunday morning worship service.
Our Pre-K/Kindergarten and Elementary Grade classes are a fun way for children to learn God’s Word and enjoy fellowship with other children in a Christ centered environment.
Adult Bible Study
Every Wednesday 10:00 am and 7:00 pm
Every Sunday 9:00 am
Everyone is welcome to join our weekly bible study groups to learn about the Word of God and other issues related to Christian living. Bible study groups meet in the church narthex or fellowship hall and are led by Pastor Willadsen.
Mission and Outreach
Each baptized member of Bethel serves his or her neighbor through particular offices or callings, otherwise known as “vocations,” and gives witness to the hope that we have in Christ Jesus.
Vocations include: husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, cousins, friends, doctors, lawyers, business owners, computer techs, teachers, workers, police, soldiers, garbage collectors, managers, secretaries, librarians, civil servants, and any other helpful occupations.
The baptized serves his or her neighbor by carrying out and fulfilling the duties of his or her office in an excellent manner. The rendering of such excellent service through particular vocations then gives ample natural opportunities to give the reason for the hope that one has in Christ Jesus in a relational manner.
Together the baptized members of Bethel serve their neighbors and give witness to Christ Jesus through particular acts, events, and endeavors that one member cannot do on his own.
The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League at Bethel shares God’s love through Bible study, fellowship with one another, acts of service at our church and in our community, and through support of missions both here and far away. All women of the congregation are welcome to join to celebrate Christ and His love for us.
- Fifth Sunday Potluck – On any fifth Sunday throughout the year we invite everyone to join in an after Bible Study potluck to celebrate the blessings we have been given.
